Cancellations
Cancellations on existing orders are accepted but will be subject to a 15% restocking fee applied to the order total. This accounts for the work involved in reversing an order that is already in motion.
Please note that any item listed with a "Call" status is considered a special order — sourced specifically for your purchase. These items are not eligible for cancellation or return under any circumstances once the order has been submitted.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns on items that are brand new, uninstalled, and in their original manufacturer packaging within 30 days of delivery. Approved returns are issued as merchandise credit. Exchanges for a different spec — such as piston size or compression ratio — may carry a restocking fee that varies depending on the part and manufacturer.
How to Start a Return or Exchange:
- Reach out to your sales representative or contact us at Sales@SuckerPunchMotorsports.com to initiate the request.
- We'll provide you with a Return Authorization Form — this must be physically included inside the package when you ship the parts back to us.
- All packaging must be returned in like-new condition. Greasy fingerprints on boxes, torn packaging, or damaged inserts may result in a restocking fee being applied.
- Do not apply tape, labels, or stickers directly to the manufacturer's packaging. The parts need to be packed inside a separate outer box, with the shipping label affixed to that outer box only.
A few additional things to keep in mind:
- Sealed electronic items sourced directly from the manufacturer may only be returned if the factory seal is completely intact and the item has never been opened.
- Special order "Call" items remain non-returnable and non-cancellable regardless of circumstance.
- Once your return arrives and is processed, we'll contact you to arrange your merchandise credit or exchange.
- Don't forget to include your Return Authorization Form. Missing paperwork will delay your return — including it ensures we can turn things around as fast as possible.
- Once a Return Authorization Form has been issued, you have 30 days to ship the item back. If that window is closing and you need more time, contact your sales rep or email us before the deadline. Return Authorizations that go past 30 days without contact will be automatically closed.
Warranty Coverage
Any part sold under our own brand carries a 1-year manufacturer defect warranty from the date of purchase. If a defect surfaces within that period, we'll take care of it.
For all other brands we carry, warranty support runs through the manufacturer directly. Coverage terms and claim procedures differ by brand, so we recommend checking the manufacturer's website for details specific to your product. Not sure where to look?
