How We Handle Shipping
What Our Product Status Labels Mean We believe in being upfront with our customers, so every listing on our site includes a live status indicator before you ever reach the checkout page. Here's how to read them:
- In Stock – Sitting in our warehouse in Texas. Ready to pack and ship.
- Available – Confirmed with the supplier or manufacturer within the last 12 hours. No backlog, no delays on their end.
- Out of Stock – Not something we have on hand right now. Give us a chance to track it down — we can report back on lead time.
- Back Ordered – Currently unavailable at the source. There's a confirmed supply gap at the manufacturer level. Get in touch and we'll give you the most current restock estimate we have.
Ordering & Delivery Expectations
We're not a set-it-and-forget-it operation. If your parts need to arrive by a certain date, say so — we'll work backward from that deadline and give you realistic options.
By default, qualifying orders of $249 or more shipping within the continental U.S. go out via our Free Ground Shipping (Consolidated) option. We absorb the carrier cost and bundle everything into one shipment headed your way. A small category of oversized products falls outside that coverage simply because the freight cost outpaces the margin — those items will show a calculated shipping fee during checkout rather than qualifying for the free option.
When every product in your order is marked In Stock, it leaves our Texas facility the same day. Introduce an Available or Call item into the mix and same-day shipment may no longer be guaranteed. Depending on what's fastest for you, we might pull everything into our facility for a single consolidated package, or we might route certain items directly from the source. We make that call based on your timeline — which is exactly why we ask you to tell us upfront if you're working against a deadline.
Once your order comes in, we'll reach out to confirm what's available and when you can expect it at your door. If speed matters, let us know before you check out so we can quote you a tracked, guaranteed delivery option.
